The Request Status button is available in the Order Receiving Detail, General tab and allows users to view the current status of the order from LHT.

This button is part of the LHT interface functionality and is only available for customers using this interface. For more information on the LHT interface consult a TRAX interface administrator.

The Request Status button is located in the bottom portion of the Order Receiving detail window.

When selected the following informational window pops up:

The information displayed in this window is specific to the LHT interface functionality and cannot necessarily be found within the TRAX database.
