Allow users to sort and filter the data in Training Forecasting

Affected window: w_training_forecasting_qry

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, TRAX will allow users to sort and filter the data in Training Forecast.

The user can right-click in the Training Forecasting window to bring up the Sort/Filter selection window.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, TRAX will not allow users to sort and filter the data in Training Forecasting.

The Sort/Filter window will not appear if the user right-clicks in the Training Forecasting window.
