SKILLDEFECT

When set to Yes, the 'Defect' checkbox will appear in the Skill Master, General tab. The user can then select the 'Defect' option for each individual skill. This will allow the exclusion of certain skills from appearing in the drop down menu of the Defer tab.

When set to No, the 'Defect' checkbox will not appear in the Skill Master, General tab.

SYSTRANCDBUF

When set to Yes, after creating a new System Transaction Code the user will need to sign out of the system for the system to validate the transaction code.

When set to No, after creating a new System Transaction Code the user is able to use the code without exiting the system.

VALIDATENUMERIC

When set to Yes, the system will not allow the user to type or copy/paste special characters, alpha characters or spaces into the SGML Designator field in the A/C Master, Optional 2 tab. Only numeric characters can be typed and/or copied/pasted into this field and saved.

When set to No, the system will not allow the user to type special characters, alpha characters or spaces into the SGML Designator field in the A/C Master, Optional 2 tab. The user can copy/paste special characters, alpha characters, spaces as well as numeric characters into the SGML Designator field and save the record.

VNDPRCTCATOF

When set to Yes, the Vendor Q/A checkboxes in the Vendor Master, General tab are protected. They cannot be selected/deselected.
