When set to Yes, the system automatically runs Compliance transactions in sequential order via Work Order Closing by E/C.
When set to No, the system automatically runs Compliance transactions in sort order via Work Order Closing by E/C.

When set to Yes, Follow Up Requirement (FUR) First Schedule criteria must be greater than the limits in the First Schedule Parameters section of the switch. If the schedule in the FUR does not meet the switch's parameters, a warning appears with the message listed in the Config Other field of the switch.
When set to No, Follow Up Requirement (FUR) First Schedule is not limited by the switch's parameters.
Note: This functionality was designed as specified by a TRAX customer. The procedures intended through this functionality are part of their customized program and therefore cannot be modified by any other TRAX customer.

When set to Yes, the XML from Work Order Task Card will be stored on the database every time a Task Card is attached to a Work Order, therefore allowing the Work Pack Print to be faster.
When set to No, the XML file will be loaded onto the database at the time the Work Order is printed. This will slow down the Work Pack Print.

When set to Yes, an employee's Wall Password must be entered when closing Work Order Task Cards by selecting the Task Card Closing button from the W/O Task Card window. This process indicates the specific employee who closed the Task Card instead of the user group they signed in through.
When set to No, the Wall Password does not need to be entered when closing a T/C via the Task Card Closing button. Once the T/C is closed, the user group is indicated as having closed the T/C instead of the specific employee.

|
When set to Yes, Trax will prevent the post completion of a W/O if any Task Card on that W/O has a blank Work Accomplished. The W/O and T/C status will change to open until the Work Accomplished field is populated.
This is beneficial for the user as an additional check point to verify that the Work Order is not completely closed before the Work Accomplished information is entered.
When set to No, Trax will allow the post completion of a W/O if any Task Card on that W/O has a blank Work Accomplished. The W/O status will remain in a 'closed' status.

|
When set to Yes, the system will allow the employee to start work on a task that requires a skill that the employee does not have. However, the employee will not be able to complete the task since the system will validate the skills of the employee against the main skill required for Task Card completion via W/O Task Card Work in Progress.
Note: This switch works in conjunction with switch WOVEFSKL and switch WOVEFSK@CM.
When set to No, the system will allow the employee to start and complete work on a task that requires a skill that the employee does not have. The system will not validate the skills of the employee against the main skill required for Task Card completion.
Note: When switches, 'WOVEFSKL' and 'WOVEFSK@CM' are set to Yes, the system does not change and reacts as if the switch is set to Yes.

|
|
When set to Yes, the Reset Date/ Time listed on the E/C Compliance record will reflect the Start Date/ Time from the W/O Task Card.
