- In TRAX Version X and all later releases, the Customer Contract Detail window contains an interactive display that allows users to set up all necessary Customer Contract configurations from the same window. This new display contains all of the same functionality as the classic Customer Contract detail, but the information is organized through new buttons at the bottom of the window. When either button is selected, a selection window pops-up where exact information (such as flat rates fees, tax percentages, labor costs, etc.) can be added to the contract. This layout provides users with a more intuitive method of applying information to the contract.
