From the Information tab of the Non-Routine Express window users are allowed to view information regarding the users who created, modified, authorized, rejected, or modified the N/R T/C.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Created By

The user who created the record.

Created Date

The date the record was created.

Creator Authorized By

The user who released the N/R T/C for authorization.

Created Authorized Date

The date and time the N/R T/C was released for authorization by the creator.

Lead Mechanic Authorized By

The lead mechanic who authorized the N/R T/C.

Lead Mechanic Authorized Date

The date and time the N/R T/C was authorized by the lead mechanic.

Supervisor Authorized By

The supervisor who authorized the card.

Supervisor Authorized Date

The date the supervisor authorized the card.

Reopened By

The user who reopened the N/R T/C.

Reopened Date

The date the N/R T/C was reopened.

Reopened Reason

The reason for the reopen.

Supervisor Rejected By

The Supervisor who rejected the N/R T/C.

Supervisor Rejection History button

If multiple rejection reasons have been entered by a Supervisor, selecting this button displays all of the multiple reasons why the Supervisor rejected the N/R T/C. When selected, the following window pops up:

Supervisor Rejected Date

The date and time that the Supervisor rejected the N/R T/C.

Supervisor Rejected Reason

The reason why the Supervisor rejected the N/R T/C.

Inspector Rejected By

The Inspector who rejected the N/R T/C.

Inspector Rejection History button

If multiple rejection reasons have been entered by an Inspector, selecting this button displays all of the multiple reasons why the Inspector rejected the N/R T/C. The pop-up window looks like the Supervisor Rejection History window.

Inspector Rejected Date

The date and time that the Inspector rejected the N/R T/C.

Inspector Rejected Reason

The reason why the Inspector rejected the N/R T/C.

Modified By

The user who last modified the record.

Modified Date

The date the record was last modified.
