Functionality

Allowed Locations Helper Button

• When the Allowed Locations Helper button is selected, only those locations that are 'Allowed Maintenance Locations' will be displayed in the drop down selection.

  Note: The Allowed Locations Helper button will not be visible if switch LOCSITEHIDE is set to No.

INV TPW (Invoice Third Party) Work Button

• The INV TPW button allows users to send items for invoicing without having to close the Work Order first.

Invoice Header Button

• In the Invoice Header window, the user is able to see the details of the invoice and input the bank information in the Bank field.

Re-Open Posted Invoice Button

• The Re-Open Posted Invoice button allows users to re-open invoices that have already been posted.

Reject Button

• The Reject button is available in the Non-Routine Express window for Inspectors who need to reject an Item's completed work. In order for an Item to be rejected, it must first be completed. Once an Item is rejected, a new Item is created automatically which contains the Reason for Rejection as its Description. Once that new Item work is completed, then it can be Inspected. The Task Card then goes onto either 'In Progress' or 'Closed' status.

Requisition All Button

• From a Work Order, click on the Requisition All button. The Create P/N Requisition pop up appears. Select Yes to proceed.

  Note: When switch BOCRT is set to No, the Requisition All button via cannot be used to create a Requisition.

Save Button

• The Save button allows the user to save updated information made to the Work Area field located in the query section of the W/O Task Card and Non-Routine Search window.

W/O Non-Routine Task Card Express

• Supervisor Rejection History button: If multiple rejection reasons have been entered by a Supervisor, selecting this button displays all of the multiple reasons why the Supervisor rejected the N/R T/C.
• Inspector Rejection History button: If multiple rejection reasons have been entered by an Inspector, selecting this button displays all of the multiple reasons why the Inspector rejected the N/R T/C.

W/O T/C Assignment Workshop

• Task Card button: Selecting the Task Card button will take the user to the correct Task Card in the W/O Task Card window
