LABOR Bid Type, via the Quote Button

Labor Bid Category Type: Created to capture the cost of labor for a Work Order Bid Sheet

Material Bid Type

Multi Limit: Used to establish a Part Surcharge limit for multiple items. The value in this field is applied to the Part Surcharge field depending on the transaction selected.

Surcharge Percentage: Used to calculate the Surcharge Percentage for new parts. The value in this field is applied to the Part Surcharge field when the New Sale radio button is selected.

LLP Coefficient Percent: Used to calculate the Part Price for a quote.

RO Surcharge Percentage: Used to calculate the surcharge of a Repair Order for a quote. The calue in this field is applied to the Repair Surcharge field when the R/O Cost field and/or the Shop Cost fields are populated.

Shop Surcharge Percentage: Used to calculate the surcharge of shop parts for a quote. The value in this field is applied to the Repair Surcharge field when the R/O Cost field is populated.

Material Bid Type, via the Quote Button

Material Category Type: Created to capture the cost of material for a Work Order Bid Sheet

Miscellaneous Bid Type, via the Quote Button

Miscellaneous Bid Category Type: Created to capture the cost of miscellaneous items for a Work Order Bid Sheet.

Note: The fields in the Quote Rates section do not apply to the Miscellaneous Bid Category Type.

Shop Work Order, General Tab

Tool Calibration: A unique number used to define a tool

Manufacture Order checkbox: Serves as a way to track the fabrication of parts in the company's shops. By selecting this checkbox, a Manufacture Order will be automatically created and authorized.

Tool Calibration Number: A unique number used to define a tool

Shop Work Order Header, Certifying Staff Tab

This tab now works in conjunction with Shop switch SHOPEMPRORATING. When set to Yes, only those Certifying Staff employees with the corresponding R/O Capability Ratings will be allowed to print Form 1 prints. For detailed information refer to the Shop Switches Manual.
