With the Contact button, users can override contact information for each individual record. This can include addressing and communication information.

Select the Vendor that you require to enter/amend contacts.

Select the Contact button, and TRAX will display the Drop Down Selection menu.

Select the Contact required.

The contact information will populate in the Vendor tab of the Purchase Order header:
