The Prox Card button located in the Manual Issue window, will allow store employees to issue parts 'over the counter' to employees by scanning their personal employee Badge ID card. This functionality is used to auto populate the Issue To field in the Manual Issue window.

After selecting the Prox Card button, the Card ID option is displayed. Enter the employee's Badge ID number and select the Run button. The Issue To field will automatically populate with the employee's name.

Note: The user must have their Proximity credentials set up in the Employee Master in order for the system to detect their badge ID for the manual issue.
