Verifying Authorized Orders

To verify if an Order has been authorized, go to Orders/ Update/ Purchase Order (or whichever option applies).

Orders that have completed the authorization process, the record will appear in the list with the Authorized icon to the right of the record.

Note: Orders will be automatically authorized if the Employee's security allows it, regardless of the existing authorization steps. That means that the order will not show in the Orders/ Explorer/ Orders Authorization Explorer nor in Orders/ Update/ Orders Authorization.
