Are there any Customer specifications?
YES: If there are specifications that need to be made for the Customer of the Exchange Order Out, then populate/edit the X/O, Customer Information tab and select the Contact 
button, as needed.
NO: If there are not any specifications that need to be made for the Customer of the Exchange Order Out, then proceed to the other tabs of the Exchange Order Out window that may need to be populated.
This decision pertains to the Exchange Order Out Process.
