YES: If the order does need to be reserved for the Customer, then select the Picklist button in the Exchange Order Out window of the Customer Orders module.

NO: If the order does not need to be reserved for the Customer, then Find the P/N in Inventory Transaction to select the Exchange button and proceed with the Exchange Order Issue process.
