Edit E/C for Exceptions and Ensure Accuracy in E/C window

After importing the MPDs, review the Engineering Control in the Engineering module to edit the exceptions and ensure the accuracy of the import. In particular, review the Schedule, Schedule Control, and Schedule Controlled By tabs, and the Effectivity. If the created E/C is a P/N E/C, effectivity must be added.
