Is the Schedule being self-assigned by the Employee?

YES: If the Man Hours Schedule is being self-assigned by an Employee, select the Self-Assignment checkbox in the General tab and proceed to the Man Hour Schedule, Daily Shift tab.

NO: If the Man Hours Schedule is not being self-assigned by an Employee, proceed to the Man Hour Schedule, Employee tab.
