YES: If the document has been properly read and reviewed, the Request Status can be changed to 'Closed' to complete the Read & Sign Requirement(s).
NO: If the document has not been properly read and reviewed, then this must be done before completing the Read & Sign Requirement(s).
This decision pertains to the Library Process.
