Read & Sign
The Read & Sign feature is used to track and distribute notices, such as memorandums, documents, or document revisions. It provides a system for recipients to acknowledge that they received the notice and provide feedback. TRAX users who have past due Read and Sign Requirements in their queue will be prevented from performing transactions in TRAX until the Read & Sign Requirement is fulfilled.
The following is the basic life cycle of the Library Process, particularly the Read & Sign feature:
Once the Read & Sign has been created and distributed, it is closed by the Employee, thus indicating that the reading/reviewing requirement of the document has been completed.
