Tech Pub Request
The Tech Pub Request feature is used to request technical documentation from the TRAX system. It provides a process to log in and track all requests for changes to documentation and publications used by the company.
Tech Pub Requests can be for hard copy manuals that are indexed in the Library module or for Electronic Manuals and Documents stored in the TraxDoc module or for Task Cards in the Engineering module.
The following is the basic life cycle of the Library Process, particularly the Tech Pub Request:
Once the Tech Pub Requests have been conducted, if necessary, Manuals can be created in the system through the Manual Control.
