Manual Revision

There are various features that can be utilized for Manuals that exist in the system. These include Manual Revision Recording, Manual Revision Receiving, and Manual Revision Request. The Manual Revision Recording option will allow the user to enter a new revision of a Manual that has been previously entered into the system. The Manual Revision Receiving option is used to receive the Manual into the system. New Manuals and Manual revisions must be processed with this option. The Manual Revision Request is used to request a revision be performed to a particular Manual.

Note: The Manual Revision Request option is rarely used. Please contact TRAX Customer Support for additional information, if required.

The following is the basic life cycle for the Library Process, particularly the Manual Revision features:

After the Manual Revision features have been utilized, they can continue to be conducted, when needed. Additionally, if there is a requirement for Employees to review these documents or Manuals, the Read & Sign feature can be utilized.
