Is the Excel button available via the Import From File window?
YES: If the Excel button is available via the Import From File window, go to the next decision: Do you want to access an excel file with the headers already populated?
NO: If the Excel button is not available via the Import From File window, go to Select the Browse button to search for the .txt file that has already been created.
This decision pertains to the Importing a File Process.
