YES: If the System Notification Type is New, select the appropriate Action radio button along with populating the typical necessary fields. For more information, refer to the New Type System Notification.
NO: If the System Notification is not for a New Type, proceed with populating the necessary fields.
This decision pertains to the System Notification Creation Process.
