What Notification Type will be utilized for the individual?
USER: If the notification will be sent directly to the User, select the User Notification Type radio button and populate the User.
EMAIL: If the notification will be sent to a user's Email, select the Email Notification Type radio button and populate the Email.
SMS TEXT MSG: If the notification will be sent to a user through a text message, select the SMS Text Msg Notification Type radio button and populate the Country Code/Phone.
This decision pertains to the System Notification Creation Process.
