12 - Orders Switches

ORDAWBTRIAGE

When set to Yes, the AWB Triage field, associated to the Order AWB Triage System Tran Code, is available in the Order AWB window and a soft warning appears during the Pre Receiving of a part associated as AWB Triage through the AWB Pre-Receiving Scan, via AWB Key Scan but_key_scan_small button, thus producing a Triage Tag available as a Pre Receiving Print.

When set to No, the AWB Triage field is unavailable in the Order AWB window, thus preventing any warning to appear during the AWB Pre-Receiving Scan, via AWB Key Scan but_key_scan_small button

ROTATPS

When set to Yes, the TAT for an order will be shown in the Order Query as a progress bar. The bar will be shown as a percentage according to Lead Days for the Vendor specified. Once the Repair Order has been shipped from Packing and Shipping (when TAT starts to count), the system will send an automatic email notification to the 'Issued By' of the RO and the Vendor. Also, once the agreed TAT (Vendor RO Capability TAT) has reached 100%, the system will send a warning message to both parties again (Issued By and Vendor).

When set to No, the TAT for an order will be shown in the Order Query as a progress bar. The bar will be shown as a percentage according to Lead Days for the Vendor specified. The system will not send an automatic email notification to the 'Issued By' and Vendor once the Repair Order has been shipped from Packing and Shipping (when TAT starts to count).

Note: This switch is part of customized functionality and is therefore not applicable for most operators.

SVCATMAN

When set to Yes, the Category Field in the Service Order Header, General tab is mandatory.

When set to No, the Category field in the Service Order Header, General tab is not mandatory.

TODFTQTY

When set to Yes, the Qty (Quantity) of the P/N is left blank in the Transfer Order Detail. The user must manually enter the quantity.

When set to No, the Qty (Quantity) in the Transfer Order Detail is defaulted to the Available Quantity of the P/N.

TOPNCTRL

When set to Yes, parts with expired P/N Controls or expired P/N Engineering Controls cannot be transfered via One Step Transfer, Transfer Picklist, or Transfer Order. A hard waning will prevent the transfer.

When set to No, parts with expired P/N Controls or expired P/N Engineering Controls can be transfered via One Step Transfer, Transfer Picklist, or Transfer Order. A soft waning will inform the user of the expired control, but transfer can be saved.

PNOTESPONLY

When set to Yes, the system will only display the P/O Notes in the Purchase Order Detail, P/N Notes tab.

When set to No, the system will display all of the items entered through the Notes button via the P/N Master buttons as well as the items entered through the P/O Notes button via the P/N Master, Inventory tab in the Purchase Order Detail, P/N Notes tab.
