Order AWB

AWB Triage: Associates a triage code to an AWB/Order combination. This is set up through the Order AWB Triage System Tran Code and can be set to have a notification sent after going through an AWB Pre-Receiving Scan.

Note: This field is only available with Switch ORDAWBTRIAGE set to Yes.

Orders Query, Other Tab

AWB Triage: Specify the Order Query by the triage code associated to an AWB/Order combination.

World Part Locator Button, via Purchase Order Detail

From the Purchase Order Detail, General tab, users can select the World Part Locator button to query the WPL marketplace in order to help fulfill the part requirement. Through TRAX's World Part Locator, TRAX operators can connect seamlessly to a global marketplace of part suppliers through a business-to-business interfacing system. For more information refer to the World Part Locator.

World Part Locator Messages Button via P/O

Select this button to create a Purchase Order for this part. When selected, a window pops up with most of the information auto-populated from the WPL entry, including the Vendor, P/N, Unit Cost, Currency, Terms, Condition, Delivery Date, etc. This pop-up window includes the same basic functionality as found in the Purchase Order window, including the header and detail information.
