12.5 - Inventory Switches

REQDATEREO

When set to Yes, the Require Date of any future reorder requisitions (created as a result of the Inventory Level settings of the P/N in question) will be pushed forward by the amount of days specified in the Config Number field.

When set to No, the Require Date of any future reorder requisition will be set to its created date.

VALPNCONTROLSCHEDULE

When set to Yes, the schedule of a P/N Control will be validated against actuals in the P/N Inventory Control at the reservation Process and/or issuing process.

When set to No, the schedule of a P/N Control will not be validated against actuals in the P/N Inventory Control at the reservation process, and/or issuing process.

AUTOROCAPABILITY

When set to Yes, the Vendor P/N Repair Capability window will display three new fields (Buyer, Order Category, Resolution checkbox). The values entered in these fields will be used by default for the Auto R/O functionality. Moreover, all Controls related to the part will be included in an Order Print when a Repair Order is created using Auto R/O functionality. The system will assume the Auto R/O Print checkbox as selected, regardless of the selection in the P/N Control or P/N E/C windows.

When set to No, the Vendor P/N Repair Capability window will not display the Buyer, Order Category, and Resolution checkbox. In addition, the system will not assume the Auto R/O checkbox is selected for Controls related to the part.

RTSVENDORLOTSN

When set to Yes, the value in the Vendor Lot field (via the Return To Stock window) will be used as a Serial Number for the part in the Order Print. The P/N Category for the part must be flagged as Repairable. The S/N will appear on the Order Print, however, it will not appear in the Inventory Detail or Transaction History.

When set to No, the value in the Vendor Lot field (via the Return To Stock window) will not be used as a Serial Number for the part in the Order Print.
