12.5 - TraxDoc ModuleTraxDoc AIPC Import, via Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalog (AIPC) DoctypeExtended PN Description checkbox: Select this checkbox to have the P/N Description (via the P/N Master) include the value for both the KWD and ADT tags once the AIPC import has been completed. If this checkbox is deselected, the P/N Description will only include the value of the KWD tag. Create Graphic Repository, via Graphic RepositoryA graphic repository was created to store the graphics for panels and zones. Having this repository makes it unnecessary to load graphics every time a revision is made to a TraxDoc. Loading Circuit Breaker Graphics into a TraxDocLoading circuit breaker graphics will allow the customer to print the graphics during the printing process. Load an AMM through TraxDocIgnore Panels and Zone: The following functionality was added to this checkbox in 12.5. When importing a Revision of the manual and the 'Ignore Panels and Zones' checkbox is selected, the existing T/Cs will have their Panels and Zones unaffected by the Panel/Zone data from the revision being imported. This ensures that if the Panel and Zone data was manually updated in the Engineering module for those Task Cards, those edits will be retained after the TraxDoc revision is imported. In previous versions of TRAX, the 'ignore' function would have set the Panel/Zone data to 'null'. TraxDoc Document Detail, Optional Tab AeroDox Flag checkbox: Select this checkbox to flag a document as an AeroDox document. Once flagged, this document will be exported to the AeroDox app once a open revision for it becomes authorized. READY - Displayed when the AeroDox document is ready to be exported INPROGRESS - Displayed when the AeroDox document is currently being exported. |
