Order Receiving Detail, General Tab

• Shelf Life EXP: When receiving a One Way Forward interchangeable P/N that does not have the Shelf Life Flag selected in its P/N Master, Inventory tab instead of the Main P/N that does have a Shelf Life Flag selected, the Shelf Life EXP date will not be available.
• Tool Life EXP: When receiving a One Way Forward interchangeable P/N that does not have the Tool Control and Tool Calibration Flag selected in its P/N Master, Inventory tab instead of the Main P/N that does have a Tool Control and Tool Calibration Flag selected, the Tool Life EXP date will not be available.

Pre Receiving Button

• AWB: Items can be sorted by Air Way Bill (AWB). If an Item had an AWB attached when it was Pre-Received, then it can be searched for by the AWB number for that Item.

Receiving Inspection, General Tab

• RI Unlock button: The RI Unlock button allows users to remove the locked status to Receiving Inspection records that are ‘In Use’ by another employee. Receiving Inspection records are automatically locked when another user is accessing the record. The locked status prevents multiple users from editing the record at the same time. If the locked record needs to be unlocked, the RI Unlock button can be selected. This button only appears next to records that are currently 'In Use'.
