Training Class Enrollment

Once the Training Course has been created, and any attending employees have been scheduled, the Training Course may be conducted. A class is set up so that the Training Course may be conducted.

The Training Class Enrollment option is used to set up the specific classes (including meeting times, dates, classroom numbers, etc.) that will be applicable to the Training Course.

The user can also enroll scheduled employees via the Training Class Enrollment option. Employees must be scheduled in order to be enrolled. To set up an employee schedule, see the Training Course Registration section (Employee Schedule but_employee_schedule_small button).

This can be done through a detailed Standard method, which can be conducted by Course or Employee. Additionally, Training Class Enrollment can be done through Method B, which is course-oriented and allows for Enrollment to be utilized through Training Course Registration.

The following is the basic life cycle of the Training Process, particularly the Training Class Enrollment:

Once Training Class Enrollment has been completed, the course is ready to be utilized. If necessary, Training Cancellation can be conducted. This can be due to an Employee not completing a course, or the course, as a whole, being canceled.

After the Course has been utilized, the user is ready for Training Course Completion.
