12 - Technical Records Module

A/C P/N Initial Load Multi, via A/C initial P/N Load

The A/C P/N Initial Load Multi option is used to initially load multiple on-wing assembly parts directly onto an aircraft. This window works similarly to to P/N N/L/A Creation window as well as the A/C Initial P/N Multi Load windows. The main differenct is that this option includes the ability to include the Installed Date, Shelf Life Expiration Date as well as the Tool Life Expiration Date. This information is relevant for on-wing parts that have NLA's.

Defect Report Detail, General Tab

CI: Select this radio button to determine if the Defect Report is for a critical task.

ETOPS: Select this radio button to determine if the Defect Report is for an aircraft that is specified as that with extended operations.

CDCCL: Select this radio button to determine if the Defect Report is for an aircraft with a critical design configuration control limitation

Note: The selection of the CI, ETOPS, and CDCCL radio buttons is retained when the Defect Report is added to a Work Order with a Non-Routine Task Card through the Defect Report, a Work Order, or the A/C Planning Query. Making a selection for these radio buttons may be mandatory per the configuration of Switch DEFOPTMAND, via the Technical Records Switches Manual.

Import Button, P/N N/L/A Creation

The following fields were added to the import: Condition, Accrual Hours/Min, Accrual Cycles, Accrual Days, Birthdate, Installed Date

P/N N/L/A Creation

Show Missing NLA checkbox: When this checkbox is selected, it allows the user to view all installed and missing NLAs on an assembly.

This checkbox is selected by default upon opening the P/N N/L/A Creation window.

P/N Control Authorization

Actual Cycles field: This field accepts decimal values.

P/N Times Adjustment

Cycles field: This field accepts decimal values.
