P/N Authorization Group Explorer

The P/N Authorization Group Explorer window allows users to designate new members to, as well as remove existing members from any of the P/N Authorization Groups defined in the P/N Authorization Group transaction codes. Once assigned to the appropriate group(s), the user can then authorize P/Ns via the P/N Authorization Explorer.

To add a user to an authorization group, select the user(s). Once all necessary users are selected, click and hold the Drag Drop button, then drag it to the desired authorization group. Once at the desired group, drop the user by releasing the button.
