Customer Order Reservation Control

The Customer Order Reservation Control window allows users to create or cancel part reservations for a Customer Order.

The following tabs and buttons are available in this window.

A picklist can be printed, and the items on the order may be reserved.

If a S/N or batch is entered on the customer order, this option will reserve that specific item. Otherwise, the system will automatically choose the item to sell.

This functionality can also be accessed by clicking on the Picklist Reservation button when creating a new customer order.

If there is a shortage, a Picklist Shortage Print will appear and you will have the option of printing (Print button) or e-mailing (E-mail button) this document. If there is available quantity, a Picklist Preview will appear, verifying that the part was reserved.

If items are not available in stock, the system can produce back orders (requisitions) for these items. A report can also be produced detailing the shortages.

The option of canceling the picklist reservation by clicking on the CXL RSV (Cancel Picklist Reservation) button is also available.
