12.5 - System Standards

Graphical design and usability enhancements were added throughout TRAX in Version 12.5. Refer to the Version 12.5 System Updates manual to review all of these changes.

Here are some of the highlights:

Main Toolbar

The Main Toolbar offers additional options available in the Trax system. This toolbar is universal and will be available as the user moves throughout the system.

View Online Help

The user is able to access the online help from any window in the application. Each window is mapped to the relevant help topic which allows the user to access documentation to any window in the system.

Float Button

The Float button allows the user to 'float' or move a window anywhere on their desktop. This allows the user to have multiple windows open at the same time.

Message Notifications

Users are able to view system notifications in real time while working in the system. These notifications will appear for a quick view and will then leave the screen.

Row Finder

Users can use the Row Finder to navigate much more quickly to various records by selecting the arrows.
