When the simulation is filtering by phases, the system is looking to allocate Man Hours to all Task Cards associated to Phase 1 before ManHours can be allocated to Phase 2, 3, 4, etc. If Man Hours can not be allocated to Phase 1, then the simulation will not be able to provide accurate results for the Labor Simulation.

In the following example, four Task Cards were created (DJ-1, DJ-2, DJ-3, and DJ-4) each with Phases associated to them.

Skills and Man Hours were added to all of the Task Cards:

All Task Cards are placed on the following E/C:

The E/C was placed on a Work Order.

Observe the following set-up:

Go to Planning/Query/A/C Planning Query.

Run the A/C Planning Query.

Select and Work Order and a task. Select the Run Simulation button.
