Same User Cannot Complete Mechanic and Inspector Work on a T/C Item
Affected Window: w_wo_task_card_work_assigned_explorer
Switch Set to Yes:
When set to Yes, the same user will not be able to perform Mechanic and Inspector work on a Task Card Item, even if the user has the Skills required to do both.
For example, notice the following W/O Task Card Item contains work to be performed by a Mechanic and an Inspector.
Now notice from the W/O Task Card Assignment window that the Item has been assigned to one user.
From the W/O Task Card Assignment Workshop window, both Skills are listed for the user.
Work is started for the Mechanic Skill by selecting the Start Work  button.
Work has been started for the Mechanic Skill.
Now the Complete Work  button is selected to complete the work on the Mechanic Skill.
The user is prompted to complete the Mechanic Skill work.
Work Accomplished is entered for the Mechanic Skill.
And the Mechanic Skill work is now complete.
Now the Start Work button is selected to start working on the Item's Inspector Skill.
The following hard warning message pops up blocking the same user from starting work on the Inspector Skill because the same user had already completed work on the Mechanic Skill for the same Item.
Switch Set to No:
When set to No, the same user is allowed to perform Mechanic and Inspector work on a Task Card Item.
For this example, the same Task Card Item is being used as was used above.
The same user who completed the Mechanic Skill work now selects the Start Work button for the Inspector Skill.
Notice the user is allowed to start the work for the Inspector Skill.
Now the Complete Work button is selected to complete the Inspector Skill.
The user is prompted to complete the Inspector Skill work.
Work Accomplished is entered for the Inspector Skill.
A prompt then pops up indicating that the work for the Inspector Skill has been completed.
