Security, General Tab

• Inventory checkbox: When selected, only results for the Company Profile selected will be displayed in the Inventory Transaction, Inventory Query, and Inventory Supervisor windows for the user. This checkbox is part of the Multi-Company functionality. Switch COMPANYMULTI must be set to Yes is order for it to be visible. For more information refer to COMPANYMULTI via the G/L Interface Switches Manual.

System Printer Control

• Priority: This field is a drop down menu with Priority options that derive via Settings transaction code: Priority. This option is only available when 'Picklist' is selected in the Report window drop down field.

TRAX Release System Upload

• Select Tables/Files to Update: All checkboxes are security controlled via System Administration/ Update/ TRAX Release System Upload.

Wall Password Protected Transactions
