Functionality

Allowed Locations Helper Button

• When the Allowed Locations Helper button is selected, only those locations that are 'Allowed Maintenance Locations' will be displayed in the drop down selection.

  Note: The Allowed Locations Helper button will not be visible if switch LOCSITEHIDE is set to No.

Hold Button

• Update Modified By: When a user begins a transaction (Created By) and places that transaction on 'hold,' the user who competes the transaction (Modified By) will now be reflected in the Modified By field in the A/C P/N Transaction History Query.

Intermediate Z-Log Button

• Rotor Wing Aircraft Intermediate Z-Log Entry: When a Rotor Wing Aircraft is entered into the A/C field, the additional Rotor Wing tracking fields become available

NLA Button

• The N/L/A button is available in the P/N Control Authorization which allows users to view any Next Lower Assembly information. From the P/N Control Authorization window, select the N/L/A button.

Set Control To All Button

• Select the Set Control To All button to create P/N Controls for all of an assembly's N/L/A parts that are pending P/N Controls. This button allows P/N Controls to be created quickly for many N/L/As at a time, when necessary.

  Note: Keep in mind that when this button is selected, the Reset Dates for each newly created P/N Control will be set to the current date and time. Therefore exercise caution when using this button as it will affect the life limits for all N/L/As on the particular assembly.
