The Allowed Location tab allows the user to add a Location/Site to a Defect.

Select the Quick Entry button.

The user is taken to the following window. Select the Allowed Location tab.

Select the New button to add multiple locations and sites.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Location

The Location for maintenance events, inventory stores, orders, transactions, or training events.

Site

The Site where the work is to be carried out (if applicable).

Select the Delete button to delete a location and site record.

Select the Notes button to add any additional information to the printed document.

Select the Image button to add an image to the Task Card.
