Framework Menu Buttons, via Navigation Panel

The Version 11 Framework Menu Buttons have been modified to display certain options to benefit the immediate needs of the user. The Framework Menu buttons are always available in the screen regardless of where the user is located in the system and the menu is not window specific.

The Framework Menu's position can not be moved, shifted, or relocated to any other area in the framework.
