Assign Work to Mechanics

The methods used to assign man hour labor to Work Order Task Cards varies depending on each company's protocols. Workloads are typically assigned based on available worksite personnel schedules and Task Card Item skill requirements. TRAX provides multiple options for assigning and tracking personnel workloads once the Work Pack Print is printed for work sites, but this assignment process does not necessarily need to be organized through the TRAX system.

One primary option provided by TRAX are the Work Order Task Card Assignment and Workshop windows. The Work Order Task Card Assignment window allows planners to assign work to available employees who are stationed at the appropriate location with the required skill. The employees can then sign-in and manage their workload through the Work Order Task Card Assignment Workshop window.
