YES: If the Customer is required to keep the issued P/N and the X/O is to be converted to a Sales Order, then select the XO/SO button.

NO: If the Customer is not required to keep the issued P/N, then the user will proceed to receive the unserviceable P/N in return through Receiving an Exchange Order Out.
