Converting an Exchange Order Out to a Sales Order
If the Customer is required to keep the issued P/N and an unserviceable P/N will not be received from the Customer, then the X/O must be converted to a Sales Order.
The following is the basic life cycle of an Exchange Order Out, particularly converting the X/O to a S/O:
Once an Exchange Order Out goes through this basic life cycle, move on to Receiving the Exchange Order Out or refer to the Sales Order Process.
