Triggers for Creating Contract Orders

There are many different reasons that a TRAX user would have to create a Contract Order with a Vendor. The following are the primary reasons:

• Vendor provides reasonable estimates for purchasing high usage parts
• Urgent maintenance is needed
• An aircraft is in AOG Status

With the necessary setup and configuration complete, upon any of these triggers, the user can begin to Create Contract Orders.
