Is this a monthly contract?

YES: If the Contract Order being created is monthly, then select the Monthly Contract checkbox and populate the Number of Months and Starting On fields in the C/O Detail, General tab.

NO: If the Contract Order being created is not monthly, then leave the Monthly Contract checkbox unselected and instead just populate the Lead Days field in the C/O Detail, General tab.
