Contract Order Process Complete
Once a Contract Order has been created, it is utilized through Purchase Order(s) being generated automatically based on the C/O's P/N's Re-Order Levels, set in the P/N Master. Upon the order being filled over time, the C/O is automatically closed, and the Contract Order Process is Complete.
