Does a Purchase Order need to be created immediately?

YES: If a Purchase Order needs to be created immediately, for an urgent maintenance requirement or an A/C in AOG Status, based on the C/O, then select the Force PO button, and then release the C/O for authorization.

NO: If a Purchase Order does not need to be created immediately based on the C/O, the proceed to Releasing the Order for Authorization.
