Site Capacity Planning Query

The Site Capacity Planning Query offers detailed information about location site capabilities.

TRAX displays the Location Site Capacity Window. The user may query by any of the options in the General Tab. Right click in the Location field. The Drop Down Selection appears. Select a location and double click to populate the Location Field. Select the Find button.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Location

The Location for maintenance events, inventory stores, orders, transactions, or training events.

Site

The Site where the work is to be carried out (if applicable).

Work Date (From/To)

From and To work dates.

Criteria Symbol

Select equals, greater or less than, greater than or equal to, or like for the search criteria.

The following query information is found. Select the record to be viewed by placing the Hand Selection pointer in front of it.

Select the Select button.

Double click on the desired record. TRAX displays the Capacity Daily Planner Window. The Capacity Daily Planner Window displays information about available and reserved man hours for the selected site location.
