Shop Resource / Tasks Planner
The Shop Resource/Task Planner is used to project parts that are coming into a shop. This function allows planners to view only those parts for which the shop has compliance capability. In addition, this feature allows the shop planners to view available Man Hours for scheduling for all the shops, plans for the calibration and expiration of tool life and shelf limits, as well as schedule for the repair of unserviceable parts. Shop planners will then be able to create Shop Work Order packages for the internal repair of these parts.
All windows in the Shop Resource/Tasks Planner window can be resized using the arrows around the borders of each section.
There are seven major sections of the Shop Resource/Tasks Planner as displayed above:
- Action Area
- Display Control Area
- Resource Area
- Display By Control Area
- Display By Area
- Unscheduled Tasks Area
- Shop Tasks Detail Area
- Selected Shop Work Order Area
