The Apply Effectivity To All Items 
button allows user to apply effectivity to all items associated to a Task Card.
This button is only available when Engineering Switch 
TCITMEFF is set to Yes. For more information refer to Switch TCITMEFF via the Engineering Switches Manual.
This button is security controlled via Engineering/ Update/ Task Card/ Apply Effectivity to All Items Effectivity button. For more information refer to the Security Explorer via the System Administration Training Manual.
The Apply Effectivity To All Items button can also be found in the Task Card Authorization Management function via the Task Card Effectivity Revision window.
From the Task Card Effectivity Selection window, select the Apply Effectivity To All Items button.
The following pop-up appears. Select 'Yes' to apply effectivity to all items, or 'No' to cancel the transaction.
Exit the Task Card Effectivity Selection window.
Go to the Task Card Item effectivity window. The effectivity has been cascaded down to the item level as shown below:
