Shop Form One Button "Tool Tip" Name
Affected window: w_wo_shop_eu
Switch Set to Yes:
When set to Yes, the Shop Form One 
button tool tip name of the Shop W/O, P/N Information tab through the switch's Config Other value.
Notice the tool tip name of the Form One button in the Shop W/O, P/N Information tab is set to that of the switch's Config Other.
Switch Set to No:
When set to No, the Form One button tool tip name of the Shop W/O, P/N Information tab will show 'Tag' by default.
Notice the tool tip name of the Form One button in the Shop W/O, P/N Information tab is set to 'Tag' by default.
