11 - Settings Switches

ETOPSRECNOTIF

When set to Yes, ETOPS alert notifications will display in an extended format.

When set to No, ETOPS alert notifications will not be displayed in an extended format.

GRAVELCONTROL

When set to Yes, P/N Controls for installed parts can be impacted by a configurable cycles ratio that takes into account landings in a Location that has an Unpaved Runway. The following fields become available and must be configured when set to yes: the Unpaved Runway checkbox in the Location Master, General tab and the Gravel Control checkbox and Gravel Ratio field in the P/N Control window.

When set to No, the gravel control functionality cannot be applied.

Note: In version 11 and forward, the P/N Control does not have to be associated to an Aircraft. A P/N Control with a Gravel Ratio can be applied and tracked on any Aircraft.

LOCKDEFAULTLOGIN

When set to Yes, the TRAX Login Method will be limited to the method set as the 'DefaultLgn' property in the trax.ini file. This method will also limit the Wall Password option.

When set to No, the TRAX Login Method will not be limited to the method set as the 'DefaultLgn' property in the trax.ini file.

PN_NHA_EFF

When set to Yes, the system will take into account P/N NHA effectivity during the following transactions:

• Installing transactions
• Receiving transactions
• NLA installation
• P/N Initial Load
• Inventory Supervisor
• Requisitions
• Picklists

When set to No, the system will not take into account P/N NHA effectivity during the following transactions:

• Installing transactions
• Receiving transactions
• NLA installation
• P/N Initial Load
• Inventory Supervisor
• Requisitions
• Picklists

Note: This switch is not new to TRAX Version 11; however, the Requisition and Picklist transactions were added to the functionality of this switch in TRAX Version 11.

PNVENDROAUTLOC

When set to yes, the Auto R/O By Location button will be available in the Vendor P/N Repair Capability window during the Auto R/O process.

When set to No, the Auto R/O By Location button will not be available in the Vendor P/N Repair Capability window during the Auto R/O process.

Note: Switch RTSAURO affects the R/O process.
